Absolutely beautiful view, and good location in the city next to some well-known spots (including near a trolley stop). Everyone was very courteous, breakfast buffet was expansive and hospitable. Thanks for a great end to our stay in Türikye!

衝著泳池和露台定的這家酒店，然鵝，回來伊斯坦堡＆這天是陰天，冷的下不了水，衹能日光浴。露台剛好是周未有PARTY，壓根沒看到露台，遺憾。服務是相當好的，眼鏡盒掉在了電梯裡，很快就幫我解決了。房間舒適，地理位置優越，樓下就是塔克西姆廣場°，樓下還有星巴克，1864甜品店，非常方便。

房間較照片裡的更小些。景觀不錯👍🏻周邊商業便利，酒店服務管家推薦較好，但不確定推薦的地方外國人價格跟當地是否一致。去了旁邊知名餐廳Nomads，告知套餐3200當地幣每人、不能單點，但實際看旁邊人結賬套餐2000左右。

위치와 시설 당연히 만족합니다. 그런데 운영에 대한 점은 아쉬움이 남는데... 저희는 2커플로 여행을 했고 동일한 방을 예약하였지만 동일한 방을 받지 못하여 분쟁이 생겼던 점이 너무 아쉽습니다.

酒店嚴重歧視中國公民，1）辦入住時前台一個男服務員説酒店沒房了，衹剩一樓的客房，入住後實在太差的房間，又小，又在一樓，window 外就是垃圾堆，1500的城景房就這，然後我們電話投訴，結果再去前台有11層，9層的房間調給我們，説明之前就是歧視中國人，把最爛的房間給我們。2）早餐座位緊張，沒人理我們，我們站在一個正在清理的四人桌旁等著，一個服務員帶著幾個老外跟沒看見我們一樣，領他們坐這桌，我表達我們早站這等著，服務員衹跟老外抱歉，好像我們做錯了。 希望訂房網站能管理一下這樣的酒店。

I had an amazing stay at The Marmara Taksim Hotel in Istanbul. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional — warm, professional, and attentive. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Taksim Square with stunning views of the Bosphorus and the city. The room was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, with all the comforts you’d expect from a luxury hotel. The breakfast buffet was a highlight — a wide variety of delicious options, both local and international, served in a beautiful setting. The hotel’s amenities, including the gym, spa, and pool, were top-notch and well-maintained. It truly felt like a relaxing escape in the middle of the vibrant city. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend The Marmara Taksim to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Once I was over the gauntlet of the two Reception ladies talking about me in their own language, I requested my bags to be brought to my room, 2 hours later I fetched them myself. Some staff, like the delightful bell boys are amazing but others are really just plain rude. To clean your room, they open the door and enter, and you find them already in your room, which as a solo traveller woman is frightening. Please respect your guests privacy. Breakfast was excellent but was an additional fee to an already expensive room. Think about other hotels with friendlier, more service orientated staff. This is my honest impression.
